SON Estrella Galicia presents a new season in which independent Spanish and international artists will take the stage all over Spain thanks to the commitment to music offered by our beer brand.
SON Estrella Galicia presents a new season after having become a consolidated reference for music lovers in 2014, with over 30,000 people having enjoyed 150 concerts in 20 venues throughout Spain. It also supported some of the most important music festivals last year, such as Monkey Week in Puerto de Santa María, or Portamérica and Sinsal Son Estrella Galicia. In addition to this, it also included seasons like Voces Femeninas, American Autumn Son Estrella Galicia and 981 Heritage, as well as the Xoel and Vega tours as part of its offer.
The new SON Estrella Galicia 2015 season in Spain already has names such as Arizona Baby, Manos de Topo, La Bien Querida, Modelo de Respuesta Polar, Cabo San Roque, Luna and Carmen Boza. Besides this, the Season will also include the concerts on the Vega tour, such as the one confirmed for 7 February at Joy Eslava in Madrid.
Among the international artists that we will be able to see live on stage this year are Jolie Holland, Jacco Gardner, Lydia Loveless, Cold Specks and Eli Paperboy Reed. SON Estrella Galicia also incorporates a new venue for its events as of this very month: Teatro Quintero in Sevilla.
Confirmed dates in Galicia
Around half of this year’s concerts will take place in Galicia and various dates have already been confirmed for the next few months. These include Walter Salas Humara (23 February at Café y Pop Torgal in Ourense), Arizona Baby (7 March at Sala Karma in Pontevedra), Carmen Boza (1 May at Mardi Gras in A Coruña), Jacco Gardner (18 May at the Auditorio in Ourense) and Lydia Loveless (22 May at Café y Pop Torgal in Ourense). SON Estrella Galicia will continue to include new dates to its concert calendar in the following weeks.
