True to our artisan spirit, we keep alive the spirit of help and community characteristic of guilds. With this principle in mind, we are committed to working closely with sustainable suppliers to ensure that the positive impact is present throughout our value chain.

Cervecerías Circulares is a project launched by Estrella Galicia to help bars drive positive impact in their businesses. With it, we help our customers to improve their processes, both in new premises – advising them to become more efficient – and in those already consolidated, offering them information on food waste, waste reduction or reduction of energy or resource consumption.

More than an online store for Hijos de Rivera products, Big Crafters is a platform to support artisan products and suppliers that share the same values of quality and positive impact. With it, we help small producers to have a marketing channel aligned with their values and boost their development: we reinvest 5% of turnover in helping artisans to improve their digital presence and online sales thanks to a digital acceleration program.

Launched by 1906, Imperfectxs is a project that unites the dissemination of gastronomy and its positive environmental, economic and social impact. In it, top chefs such as Pepe Solla, Ángel León, Diego Guerrero or Vicky Sevilla, among others, participate in different masterclasses and workshops to raise awareness about issues such as seasonal and local consumption, food waste or the health of the oceans.

The Hop is a collaborative entrepreneurship ecosystem that engages with the hospitality sector, identifying their needs and looking for digital solutions that can be useful for their business. In 2022, the program has completed its fourth edition with the support of more than 35 pilot projects between Spain and Brazil, thanks to which we have collaborated with different startups, companies and organizations such as MIT, IE Business School or AWS.
