Between September 30 and October 10, twelve reference establishments in the city of A Coruña will participate in Mar-idaxes, a gastronomy route in which each of the venues will offer their perfect pairing between the Cervezas 1906 and dishes based on seasonal and local marine products.
Prior to its celebration, Cervezas 1906 organized a meeting between these bars and restaurants and the renowned chefs Ángel León and Javi Olleros, in which they shared their philosophy based on how they have been integrating sustainability in their way of understanding gastronomy for years, becoming luxury sponsors of the initiative.
On Saturday, two great names of national cuisine visited the city of A Coruña. Ángel León and Javi Olleros, who have five Michelin stars between them, have responded to the invitation of Cervezas 1906 to share their experience with the local hospitality industry when implementing in their businesses a philosophy anchored in sustainability, responsible consumption and how their restaurants generate a positive impact. Gastronomy with a positive impact is the motto that they have transferred to professionals from the hospitality industry of A Coruña who wanted to accompany them in this meeting held within the framework of the Mar de Mares Festival.
Both chefs have sponsored the initiative Mar-idaxes con Cervezas 1906 with their presence, a gastronomic conference by twelve reference venues in the city that will take place between September 30 and October 10, and in which each of these chefs will offer their perfect pairing between Cervezas 1906 and dishes based on seasonal and local sea products.
The participants will be well-known establishments such as taberna da Mundiña, Pablo Gallego Restaurant, Artabria, As Garzas, Millo, Óvera, Basílico, El Serrano, La Mansión 1783, Uro Rest & Club, Jaleo and the Hünico restaurant, which will share their proposal with consumers.
