Team Estrella Galicia 0,0 presents its 2014 season. An exciting project in which the brand will once again count on the riders Alex Rins and Alex Marquez, who were in charge of revealing the new Honda NSF250RW. The Hijos de Rivera CEO, Ignacio Rivera, attended the presentation along with Emilio Alzamora, Team Principal, and transmitted his satisfaction “in being able to present, another year, this team which is sure to be a project full of success”.
In the words of Ignacio Rivera, “This is Estrella Galicia 0,0’s fifth season in this world and the third consecutive year in which we have a team in Moto3. I think this will be our year; third time lucky. Last year, we provided the runner-up and rookie of the year, so I’m sure that this season one of our riders will cause quite a stir. I hope they compete and have fun at the same time.”
During the event held today, we were able to see the new bikes with which our riders will compete right from the very first race in Qatar. This year is a challenge in which they will have to fight hard to win the Moto GP3 World Championship.
After 19 podiums in 2013, 7 of them first places, Team Estrella Galicia 0,0 will once again count on the current World Championship runner-up in his category, Alex Rins, and with the current rookie of the year and fourth classified, Alex Marquez, for this season’s project.
With just under two weeks left until the start of the competition, Team Estrella Galicia 0,0 will set off for Jerez to carry out the last pre-season testing on the 11, 12, 13 March. There, the mechanics and riders will work intensely to carry out undertake the final tuning-up of their machines, in order to arrive as ready as possible to the first race of the year in Qatar on the 23 March.
