We take care of people. We know that they are the key factor in the success of our business: what differentiates us.

Every year we carry out a survey of the work environment in all the companies of the Group with the help of the consultancy Great Place to Work® that prepares the Best Workplaces Ranking, through a meticulous process of analysis, evaluation, and certification. Our group has been recognised as one of the Best Places to Work in Spain 2021, reaching the 11th position in the Ranking among companies with 501 to 5,000 employees. And we have been included in the Top Employers ranking.

OCCUPATIONAL HEALTH AND SAFETY

In addition to seeking continuous improvement in working conditions and the protection of our professionals, we promote people’s health both inside and outside of work through the ‘Your Health is the Star’ programme. We have programmes to promote health care or psychological support for the employees.

EQUAL OPPORTUNITIES

The guiding principle of our Equality Plan is to provide equal treatment and opportunities, committing to comply with Organic Law 3/2007, as well as to ensure that effective gender equality is fully integrated into the Group’s culture. In addition, since 2008, this company has an Equality Commission with three members representing the Employees’ committee and another three representing the company.

CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT

We achieve continuous improvement by working on the evolution of the preventive culture of the group’s companies, with the purpose of making it a value.

SOCIAL INCLUSION

In 2019, we joined the INSERTA Programme of the ONCE Foundation, a collaboration agreement that aims to hire people with disabilities with a five-year objective. This initiative will allow us to advance in the inclusion of people with different abilities. Likewise, our commitment also goes through indirect insertion with the acquisition of goods from and contracting the services of special employment centers.

Our Group is committed to adapting those facilities that are necessary for the inclusion of our employees with disabilities.

The Volunteer Team of Corporación Hijos de Rivera was created with the purpose of channelling the spirit of solidarity of our employees’- the true protagonists of the programme.
