Launched by 1906, Imperfectxs is a project that unites the dissemination of gastronomy and its positive environmental, economic and social impact. In it, top chefs such as Pepe Solla, Ángel León, Diego Guerrero or Vicky Sevilla, among others, participate in different masterclasses and workshops to raise awareness about issues such as seasonal and local consumption, food waste or the health of the oceans.
