Geographic denomination of Licor de Hierbas de Galicia
Steam distillation. A low pressure system that filters and pulls out the best volatile substances by rejecting degradation compounds. After, the product is stirred to homogenise the liqueur, obtaining the best quallity distilled and of organoleptic complexity beverages.
Selection of aromatic-medicinal herbs: aniseed, orange blossom, cinnamon stick, coriander, lemon verbena, chamomile, mint, orange peel, nutmeg, liquorice, black tea and rock tea.

100% orujo firewater, obtained from the distillation of bagasse from Ponte da Boga, where aromatic-medicinal herbs are macerated for 20 days. In Galicia, hundreds of years ago, it was thought that orujo firewater could be improved with the most aromatic herbs of our land.

Custom Drinks has been producing Quenza liqueurs since 2005. The process to make it, 100% natural, imitates the traditional process of Galician families who used to produce their own spirits and liqueurs, which have always been attributed with having beneficial properties for health.
