INNOVATION

We are a company with an innovative DNA. Innovation is a key axis in our tradition and in our future. Researching, imagining, creating and improving allows us to develop and open new paths.

HYBRIDIZATION OF
BIOTECHNOLOGY AND
TOOLS 4.0

Hybridization of biotechnology and 4.0 tools
in the agri-food industry
for the accelerated development of new formulations.
This research project will study the implementation of advanced industry 4.0 tools to model a biotechnological process, modelling that will facilitate and optimize development processes to achieve greater quality and functionality in the products obtained. To this end, hyperspectral chambers and NIR sensors will be integrated into the study and to deepen at the molecular level, high-performance screening methods based on molecular dynamics will be carried out, in-vitro experiments in cell-free and cellular enzymatic systems, as well as in 3D cell models, ending with ex-vivo bioavailability analysis. All this to develop a highly efficient work methodology that allows facing highly complex biotechnological problems.
