Estrella Galicia will launch a new limited edition in Brazil paying homage to Street Art. This limited edition will feature the finished mural created by three Brazilian artists during their visit to Galicia, and which is a personal interpretation of beer culture.
As an innovative and avant-garde brand, we wanted to be in on the Street Art current that has boomed in Brazil. In order to do so, we have chosen three emerging Brazilian artists: Cusco Rebel, Leiga and Shock Maravilha, with whom we have launched a new limited edition.
To commemorate their visit to Spain as part of the company’s artistic sponsorship programme 12 miradas :: Riverside, each artist has produced a design, an artistic interpretation depicting their personal vision of beer culture for our Estrella Galicia brand, which has resulted in unique graffiti.
The designs represented in this graffiti, which the artists painted during their weeklong visit in A Coruña, will feature on the packaging of a new special limited edition of our product Estrella Galicia Especial, which will be sold from April on the Brazilian market, in 330ml and 600 ml.
With campaigns like this, which aim to strengthen our support for beer culture, we have also tried to build a bridge to join both sides of the Atlantic, enabling cultural exchange and enrichment between Spain and Brazil.
Taking advantage of the artists’ visit, our artistic sponsorship project, 12 miradas :: Riverside, invited these three artists to be the protagonists of an urban art centered week, “Beyond the Graffiti”, during which a range of activities such as exhibitions and talks, that have filled the city of A Coruña with urban art since Monday 27, have taken place.
