These have been the protagonists of the first edition of the Mercado de la Cosecha Harvest Market Roundtables, an initiative in which a number of “rural entrepeneurs” share their success stories or personal experiences with a diverse audience interested in having a first-hand account of innovative projects, or experiences of overcoming difficulties, which support the sustainability of the Galician rural areas and the creation of wealth in that rural environment.
