The VI 1906 Jazz Season comes to an end on Wednesday, 19th of June, with the “nineteen-oh-six” event, organised by our beer 1906 for the fourth consecutive year, so that pedestrians in different Spanish cities can enjoy the “small great moments” which our brand, 1906 Reserva Especial, offers. After more than 50 concerts in 11 cities across Spain, the VI 1906 Jazz Season bids farewell until the next season. Nearly 12,000 people have been able to enjoy the concerts offered by the best international artists and bands within this programme that stops off at the main venues in Spain and which comes to an end next week.
On the “nineteenth of the sixth”, prestigious artists will go out onto the streets once again, to celebrate “Dia de la Musica” (“Music Day”). This year, the Mercado de San Anton (Madrid) and in Plaza de la Quintana (Santiago de Compostela) will be the stages chosen to carry out this initiative, whose main purpose is to raise funds for the Musicos Mundi charity.
This year, in Madrid, we will be able to enjoy the performance of the flute player Jorge Pardo, who has recently been awarded the prize for Best European Musician by the Académie du Jazz Française. Marcos Pin “Factor E Reset” will perform in Santiago de Compostela. Each artist will offer two performances, the first at 12:00 (midday) and then at 19:06, in their respective cities.
