Our cultural programme, 12 miradas::Riverside, will hold a total of four workshops in 2017, with the aim of encouraging research and creativity within the plastic arts, architecture and the visual arts. The first workshop will be led by Teresa Galí Izard.
The agricultural engineer and landscaper, Teresa Galí Izard, will be in charge of the new workshop organised by our cultural project 12 Miradas :: Riverside, the second of four that will be held throughout the year.
The activity, which will take place in the heart of the Ribeira Sacra during the weekend of the 22 and 23 July, is aimed at students, architects and all those interested in the intervention and shaping of the landscape.
The workshop has a maximum number of 12 participants, all of them with a grant from Corporación Hijos de Rivera that covers travel and accommodation, and the deadline for applications is 8 July.
During the workshop, Teresa Galí Izard will analyse her work addressing different views of each of her projects.
Likewise, there will be work carried out analysing the climate, the territory and its vegetation, thinking about proposals that help to preserve and connect such a special area as the Ribeira Sacra.
This is one of the four workshops organised in this second edition of this cultural programme, with the aim of fostering research and creativity in the fields of the plastic arts, architecture and the visual arts.
In this part of the Riverside project four artists will participate in the programme, supervising the work of young artistic creators and researchers, with the objective of sharing knowledge.
