The Hijos de Rivera Co-cooking Programme arrived yesterday at the Fórum Gastronómico in A Coruña. The forum, taking place from the 23-25 February in A Coruña, included this training event in its programme allowing students from Catering Colleges from Galicia to work alongside renowned chefs.
On this occasion, we enjoyed the creations paired with Estrella Galicia made by the chefs from the restaurants Abastos 2.0 and A Tafona (Santiago) alongside the students from the As Pontes Catering College, who greatly enjoyed this opportunity at Expocoruña.
The Co-cooking Programme was a complete success and filled the Ateneo hall of the Forum Gastronomico on its first day. The gastronomy fair has become a reference on a national scale and counts on Estrella Galicia as a main sponsor, with a diverse stand and a wide variety of activities, carried out throughout the duration of the event.
