A dark beer full of flavour and character. We take full sensorial advantage of the malts and hops, but we leave the alcohol out. Creating a beer is easy for us, creating a 0.0 beer like this one is a Master challenge.
It is the result of the evaporation of the alcohol present in the 1906 Black Coupage beer after 30 days of maturation. To do so, we use a tenchnique known as vacuum distillation. This technique allows to modify the evaporation temperature of the alcohol by applying a vacuum to the process. By doing so, we respect the initial beer’s sensorial profile as much as possible.
