RAW MATERIALS

Steam distillation. A low pressure system that filters and pulls out the best volatile substances by rejecting degradation compounds. After, the product is stirred to homogenise the liqueur, obtaining the best quallity distilled and of organoleptic complexity beverages.
100 % orujo firewater, obtained through the distillation of the Ponte da Boga bagasse, where the cinammon is macerated for at least two days, after which it is mixed with a dairy cream and it is homogenised.
