Adrián Felípez de Miga (Sunday, May 15) and Moncho Bargo and Javi Freijeiro, from Pracer (Sunday, June 19) will enter the kitchens of our essential premises in A Coruña to offer a unique gastronomy session to those present. The #FindesTiteros is our la Tita project to welcome invited gastronomic collaborators who share their values and their hallmarks around sustainability and working with local suppliers.
La Tita Rivera O Portiño is a hive of plans this spring. After the announcement of its Vermouth ObSessions every Saturday, we upped the offering with a high-level gastronomy proposal to incorporate into the “Titeros Findes”.
The guest chefs on this occasion represent two of the city’s trendiest restaurants. This is the case of Miga, with Adrián Felípez at the helm, and Pracer, with Moncho Bargo and Javi Freijeiro in the kitchen. Accompanied by their teams, they will enter as guests in our kitchens of La Tita Rivera O Portiño to complete the gastronomic offer during a unique day in which to enjoy the best terrace in the city, the personal stamp of the guest chefs and, of course, the music.

Adrián Felipez and his Miga team take their food to La Tita Rivera O Portiño through a menu designed to surprise and interact with the client. The traveling and rogue part of his kitchen is presented in this proposal.

- First: Tiger prawn, Italian curry, raisined tomato, udon and Indian bomb
- Second: “The Caesar’s Chicken”. Grilled free-range chicken thigh like a Caesar salad
- Dessert: Chine Banana with Rum
