Once again, we will take part in the Fórum Gastronómico. Estrella Galicia will be the main sponsor of the fair that, for the second consecutive year, has chosen the city of A Coruña. The Fórum will be held from 15 to 17 March in the Expocoruña conference centre, where we will have a large stand from where all kinds of activities will be programmed, including the A Coruña phase of the Beer Pulling Championship and the II Estrella Galicia Galician Beer Pulling Championship.
The Fórum Gastronómico reaches its 16th edition having become a reference event in Spain within the sector. For three days the best chefs in Spain will be there, along with the most prestigious brands in the gastronomy sector and the presence of Estrella Galicia as a main sponsor.
Our activities programme at the Fórum will begin on Sunday 15 with a Beer Master Sessions Workshop, during which there will be a full tasting of 1906 beers (12.30pm). A simultaneous activity will be a presentation of our Maeloc ciders (12pm, midday). In the afternoon, there will be a led tasting of Ponte da Boga wines (5.30pm).
On Monday 16 the II Galician Beer Pulling Championship will be held, after the A Coruña phase of the Beer Pulling Championship (10.30am). In the afternoon, we will present our 1906 Black Coupage beer paired with a special recipe created by the Grupo Nove chefs. (3.30pm).
On Tuesday 17 we will have the Wine Sessions Workshop (12.30pm, midday.), a led wine tasting with 4 representatives from different wineries. It will be complemented by a presentation about beer manufacturing processes (Tour Estrella Galicia, 12pm,midday.) and an activity to promote cider (3.30pm), aimed strictly at professionals.
