The new 2.0 training proposal from Co-Cooking, focusing on the digital universe, offers training to over 100 students from Vigo and Pontevedra, with two workshops on gastronomic communication on digital platforms.
Co-Cooking gets into digital training with the workshop “Cómo ganarse el pan en la red” (“Your bread and butter on line”), with the collaboration of three digital influencers: the gastronomy blogger Alfonso López, also known as “Rechupete” and the team from “Piensa en Pixels”, made up of the video expert and the culinary photography expert Jota Barros.
With this activity the students learn, directly from experts in the field, how to successfully communicate on digital platforms, using a programme focusing on the creation and management of digital gastronomy platforms: from the development of the platform itself to content creation, paying special attention to the photographs and videos of recipes.
This activity has been scheduled to be held twice, due to the importance of social media with regards to future prospects, offering training to over 100 catering students from Pontevedra.
The first was held this morning, at 10am, at the CIFP Manuel Antonio in Vigo, and was attended by around 60 catering students. The second will be held tomorrow, at 10am at the CIFP Carlos Oroza, when around 50 students are expected to attend.
