From March 31 to April 3 our company will have an important stand and offer a multitude of activities at Alimentaria 2014, the fair with over 3,800 Spanish and international exhibitors, and 140,000 visitors from 40 countries at the Recinto Gran Via in Barcelona.
Throughout the four day event, we will carry out a varied programme including Beer Master sessions during which the Hijos de Rivera Market Quality Manager, Fernando Iglesias, will offer a number of talks and tastings of the Company’s different varieties and brands of beer. Ponte da Boga and Maeloc will present our D.O. Ribeira Sacra wines and our Galician Harvest ciders, in addition to presenting our new Cabreiroá PET packaging.
Beer Master Sessions
In order to continue spreading excellence in both beer serving and beer culture, we have organised this programme in which we will promote the properties of our beers along with those of some imported beers in our product portfolio, such as Erdinger and Duvel. Each tasting will be a journey through the flavours of our beer tradition and its excellent pairing with prime Galician products, such as Arzúa and San Simón cheeses or signature conserves.
Alex Rins and Alex Márquez visit
The Team Estrella Galicia 0,0 riders will visit our stand at the Alimentaria fair. Alex Rins will do so on Tuesday 1, and Alex Marquez on Wednesday 2. Both will pose with their fans and sign autographs for Alimentaria visitors from 12 to 1.30pm.
On top of this, on Tuesday we will welcome the Winner of the I Spanish Estrella Galicia Beer Pulling Contest, Daniel Giganto from Leon, who will demonstrate how to pull an Estrella Galicia 0,0 beer joined by Alex Rins.
