Blend of 4 malts. Pilsen, Pale Ale, Vienna and raw Galician wheat malt.
Mandarina Bavaria hops.
Ale yeast for Witbier style selected by HdR.
During maceration we add oat flakes and raw wheat to the 4-malt blend, which intensifies the creamy mouthfeel of the final beer.
