Orujo de Galicia geographical denomination.
Steam distillation. A low pressure system that filters and pulls out the best volatile substances by rejecting degradation compounds. After, the product is stirred to homogenise the liqueur, obtaining the best quallity distilled and of organoleptic complexity beverages.
Blend of 20% of Albariño peel, which adds aroma, and 80% Mencía
