A beer that, unpasteurized, arrives directly from our cellars to the point of sale. The absence of pasteurisation requires that its transport is carried out cold through a network of specialized vehicles and own employees.
In the breweries and trucks, the characteristic tanks maintain their cooling and the same levels of carbon with which it leaves the cellars of our brewery. Its freshness and these particular characteristics give it its own particular sensory properties that make it a different beer.
